Career Concepts is recruiting for a faith-based organization in Erie seeking a part-time Catholic Administrative Assistant to support ministry operations and central office functions. This role provides administrative support across multiple departments, assisting with communications, event coordination, record management, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a mission-driven environment.
Welcome visitors and assist callers with professionalism and hospitality
Provide administrative support to both the International Missions Office and the Chancery
Create newsletters, brochures, and digital communication materials
Process donations, acknowledgments, and generate related reports
Maintain databases and assist with mailings and record management
Support meetings and events, including scheduling, setup, and minute-taking
Assist with website updates and audiovisual needs
Perform general clerical and office support tasks as assigned
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Canva and/or Publisher a plus)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Creative, detail-oriented, and dependable
Prior administrative experience preferred
Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Practicing Catholic very beneficial but not required
