Receive and channel telephone calls, maintaining messages as needed.
Assist with sorting and distribution of incoming mail, fax and correspondence to appropriate staff.
Operate necessary equipment (copy machine, fax, postage machine and personal computer).
Type, proofread and distribute aU correspondence, reports, etc., related to Drug and Alcohol Program.
Deliver and pick-up materials and correspondence.
Monitor office supply needs for case management and re-order.
Maintain and update fmms used for case management activities.
Maintain and update general office files and information systems following established policies and procedures. Review client data for accuracy.
Attend position-related training and meetings.
Perform other duties as properly assigned by a supervisor or other staff in line of authority.
PA Criminal Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Fingerprint Clearances required (can be obtained for this position)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior receptionist or medical office experience is preferred
Comfortability with answering a large amount of calls
Comfortable working with addiction related things
Full-time
First shift (8:30am-5pm)
14.88/hr
