A busy and growing property maintenance company is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. This full-time role involves answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests, handling mail, and supporting general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Scheduling meetings on google calendar and making work orders.
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with patience and tact.
Perform light data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle conflicts and complaints with professionalism and poise.
Proficient in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Dependable and punctual.

Pay Rate is $16+ per hour
