Talent Acquisition: Source top candidates through networking, social media, job boards, referrals, and community outreach. Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and align candidates with roles that fit their skills and career aspirations.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand business by nurturing existing accounts and prospecting new clients to enhance branch operations.
Candidate Experience: Provide honest guidance and ensure a positive candidate journey from initial contact to placement.
Operational Excellence: Manage documentation, maintain detailed records, and meet deadlines with urgency while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Proven experience in recruiting, account management, customer service, or sales.
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS or CRM systems is a plus.
A self-motivated, adaptable individual with a results-driven mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in staffing workflows or hiring processes.
Knowledge of industry-specific tools such as sourcing funnels and candidate pipelines.
